College Uniform :
College Uniform is compulsory for all students without exception. Any violation could result in fine or expulsion from the college .

Winter Season : Silver Grey Dress Pant, White Shirt, Black Shoes,Maroon Tie, Blue Sweater/Jersey/Coat.
Test System:
We have a strong monthly test system that monitors the progress of the students.
Clubs and organizations:

Ban on the
use of Mobile Phones:
All students are
instructed as per the instructions of Govt. of Punjab, to refrain from carrying
mobile phone(smart phones, feature phones) in the college premises. The
violators will be fined Rs. 1000/- per violation and the mobile phone will be
confiscated. Repeated offenders are liable to be expelled from the college.
Request to
Parents/Guardian:
- Parents/Guardians must keep in constant communication with the teacher/s for monitoring the progress of their children.
- Parents/Guardian should take time out of their busy schedule to visit college when requested to do so for the betterment of their children.
- Suggestion Box has been placed for your valuable feedback.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to attend Parents Teacher Meeting for the benefit of their children.
Code of
Conduct:
- Students must adhere to the moral and cultural decorum.
- Students must respect their peers, teachers and college staff .
- It is the national duty of the students to take care of College Building and equipment.
- Students must take care of the cleanliness and decoration of the college
- Students must refrain from any untoward activities.
- Outsiders are prohibited to enter the college premises.
- Smoking and Drug Use is strictly prohibited. Violators will be dealt with strictly.
- Weapons are prohibited in and around the college premises. Criminal case will be initiated against the violators.
Library
Rules:
- College Faculty can get 10 books issued at a time.
- Students can get 2 books issued at a time.
- College faculty
can keep the issued books for a period of 2 months.
- Students can
keep the issued books for a period of 14 days.
- Rs. 5/- per day
fine will be charged after the due date.
- Reference Books,
Magazines, Pictorial Books, Books with value greater than the library security
fee, Dictionaries and Encyclopedias will not issued without the prior written
permission of the Principal.
- Liability Fine of
lost books will be twice the price of the said book. Rare books can result in
as much fine as six times the price of the said book.
- Librarian has
the full authority to recall any issued book from the student at any time.
- Students will
not be issued any book without the library card.
- Students must
immediately report the loss of their library card. Duplicate card will be
issued after paying a fine of Rs. 50/- . Books issued on the lost card are the
responsibility of the said student.
- Maintain silence
and discipline in the library. Violators will be fined.
Scholarships:
Principal can
grant fee concession to up to 10% of the admitted students as per the rules and
regulations. Deserving students
can be granted fee waiver after admission. Deserving students can be granted
scholarship or material help from various organizations and benefactors.
Deserving students can be issued syllabus books from the college book bank.
Examinations:
At the end of educational year, 1st and
2nd year Intermediate Examination are held under BISE Multan.
Associate Degree Program semester examinations are conducted by Bahauddin
Zakariya University Multan. Intermediate students must pass the send up
examination for appearance in BISE Multan examinations. Regular tests and
examinations are held in the college under the College Controller of
Examination. It is compulsory for the students to appear in these examinations.
Any absence from these examinations without permission will result in fine from
Rs. 20/- upto Rs. 100/- per subject. Continued absence from the college can
result in withdrawal from the BISE or University Examination.
Leave Rules:
- Class Teachers can only approve three
consecutive leaves.
- Three or more leaves consecutive leaves are only
approved by Principal.
- Any leave during the examinations must be
accompanied by the Doctor’s certificate.
- Leave application must be approved before
proceeding on the leave. In case of emergency, application can be submitted via
mail/email.
- Duly signed leave application must be submitted to
the Laboratory attendant in the Chemistry Department.
Fine and Punishments:
- Absence in one period: Rs. 2/-
- Absence of whole day: Rs. 10/-
- Late fee submission: Rs. 10/- per day
- Absence in Class/College Test: Rs. 20-50 per test
- Library Late fee: Rs. 5/- per book
- Absence in Practical: Rs. 5/- per practical
